Our Roots
The property that is home to Pine Reflections Gift Store and Garden Centre is just north of the crossroads of two highways straddling Algonquin Highlands and its neighbor to the south, Minden Hills. Just north of the stoplight was a settlement originally called Brown's Corners where the original "union school", Fry's blacksmith shop, Medley’s Dance and Dine and Rogers' Store lie quietly waiting to tell their stories and where an entire generation lived, played and homesteaded in the present day hamlet of Carnarvon.

Fairy magic awaits you at Pine Reflections Garden Centre where the Carnarvon Fairies have taken up residence. Visit the fairy house on the property and make a wish! Or come and create your own fairy garden during our Nature Spirits workshop!

We are beside the Mill Pond Restaurant in Carnarvon, conveniently located on Ontario Highway 35 and just north of Ontario Highway 118.
Garden Centre Open: May 1 to Thanksgiving
Gift Store Open: April 1 to December 26
April Hours: 7 Days a week 10 am to 4 pm
Gift Store and Garden Centre: May to Thanksgiving 7 Days Week 9 am to 5 pm

Our Garden Centre is closed after Thanksgiving and the Gift Store is closed after Christmas. The Gift Store re-opens April 1 and the Garden Centre re-opens May 1.
